Hui-a-tau

Ngā Kaitatau Māori o Aotearoa: 2023 Hui-ā-Tau

POIPOIA TE HONONGA TĀNGATA, HĀPAINGA TE ŌHANGA MĀORI

EMPOWERING THE MĀORI ECONOMY THROUGH CONNECTION

Nau mai, hoki mai e te whānau o Ngā Kaitatau Māori o Āotearoa! The NKMoA Executive, Te Ohu Whakahaere and Sponsors all invite you to another hui-a-tau in 2023.

This year's hui will be in Te Whanganui-a-Tara and the inspiration for the hui continues to focus on whanaungatanga and the impacts of global and national issues on the Māori economy. With three years of continuous trials, our rōpū has faced unprecedented challenges and will continue to face these in the days, months, years to come. Our hui is a time to connect, to fill our kete with knowledge and to reground ourselves in the presences of great Māori leadership in our professions.

This year’s hui spans over two full days, covering a broad range of topics, to provide you an opportunity to inspire one another, reflect, and look ahead to 2024. Following the conclusion of the formal hui will be our customary NKMoA Awards Dinner – where we celebrate scholarship and special awards. All while indulging in kai, kōrero and waiata.

We will be releasing frequent updates on the line-up for the hui so keep an eye out for more communications. We will also be pushing to update information on our members to look to our future direction as a rōpū – so please don’t be whakamā.

Mauri ora.
